Forbes House: Provisional Booking of Rooms The Provisional Booking facility on this site is made available for your convenience and in order that you may query the availability of the room you are interested in. By using the facility you acknowledge that a Provisional Booking does NOT constitute an agreement by us to supply any goods or services. After submitting the online Provisional Booking form you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your booking request. SMMT will hold the details of your provisional booking in our electronic room-reservation system for a maximum of 5 working days during which time, a member of the Forbes House Events and Conferencing team will endeavour to contact you to discuss your requirements further. 4 .
